| To offer one or both of the
optional services, Parent/Family Intervention-Intensive (PFII) for youth
and/or Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) for adults, the provider must
be certified by OBH. A certification request may be submitted when an
applicant is applying for initial certification and enrollment or at any
point following certification and enrollment. Prior to requesting
reimbursement for optional services, must already be certified as an MHR
provider that offers all mandatory services.
The certification review and onsite review will be conducted by OBH.
An applicant does not need an additional Medicaid number or National
Provider Identifier (NPI) to bill for optional services.
The Bureau has an established process for applicants to request
certification to offer one or more of the optional services.
