| Following the initial
certification and enrollment, providers are recertified annually or as
determined by DHH. Recertification reviews are conducted to ensure
providers are in compliance with program rules and regulations. A
recertification review must be requested prior to the end of the current
certification period. Providers will be required to submit a
recertification application and attached documentation as determined by
OMH at the time of recertification.
The Bureau has an established process for enrolled providers to
request recertification.
